Production Capacity
- Welldon Ningbo Production Research Center covers an area of over 20,000 square meters and is equipped with a standardized laboratory with a full set of mechanical and physical testing capabilities, industry-leading and fully self-made automated large-scale blow/injection molding machine group, fully automatic computer cutting machine, computerized embroidery machine, and computerized pattern machine. It also has three fully automated professional assembly lines. The expected annual production capacity by 2024 is over 1.8 million units.
- In addition to domestic sales, Welldon exports to 68 countries and regions worldwide, including Europe, North America, and others. Over the past two years, the annual growth rate in overseas markets has exceeded 100%.
- Welldon Anhui Intelligent Industrial Park covers an area of nearly 90,000 square meters and possesses the capability for fully digitized intelligent manufacturing throughout the production process. It can collect real-time information, coordinate multiple systems, and achieve real-time tracking and monitoring of personnel, goods, and equipment in the park through an integrated management system. The facility integrates intelligent assembly from the front-end to the back-end, with a focus on green and environmentally friendly practices, utilizing intelligent manufacturing as the medium, independent research and development as the core, and technological innovation as the driving force. With these advancements, the annual production capacity of intelligent child safety seats is expected to exceed 2 million units after the facility is operational.
